The Leadership Essentials for Supervisors Program is newly redesigned to give a deep dive into holistic leadership skills including communication, coaching, performance management, and leading change. Participants will learn how to:
- Allocate management versus leadership efforts
- Create presence and purpose within workplace culture to motivate people
- Explore emotional intelligence and resilience tools
- Coach and give feedback while creating accountability, action, and resolving conflict.
- Put this all together with 3 self-assessments including EI 2.0, Dare to Lead, and TK Conflict Inventory
Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate of completion that can be added to their LinkedIn Profile and CV to showcase your developed leadership skills and build a high performing team.
