The Saskatchewan Federation of Labour (SFL) will be hosting a candle light vigil in Regina in remembrance and action on violence against women.
Please join us for an outdoor candlelight vigil to commemorate the 14 women who were murdered by a gunman chanting “I hate feminists” on December 6, 1989 at the École Polytechnique in Montreal. On December 6, first let us mourn and remember then let us recommit to take action and confront all forms of gender based violence, wherever we see it. Masks are mandatory.
The Vigil will be held Monday, December 6, 2021 at 5:00pm at the Regina City Hall (2476 Victoria Ave)

If you have any questions regarding the event, please email Deanna at dogle@clcctc.ca or call 306.201.9923.
