As some of you may know, CUPE 1975, ASPA, and The Canadian Mental Health Association have partnered together for a campaign to end the stigma on Mental Health and promote awareness.

We recently had our first major event on Wednesday, June 15. The event was held in the Bowl where we gave away free hot dogs and sold t-shirts for donations.

The total of donations received for the Canadian Mental Health Association is $1,322.63!

Thank you to all the CUPE 1975 & ASPA Members that volunteered their time and energy to this event. Please keep your eyes and ears open for our next event.

If you or someone you know is struggling, please don’t hesitate to reach out to some of the resources listed below.

In solidarity,

CUPE 1975 & ASPA
