The National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women

Please join us Tuesday, December 6th, at 1861 McIntyre Street, Regina at 5:00pm for a Candle Light Vigil. This is to commemorate the 14 women who were murdered by a gunman chanting “I hate feminists” on December 6, 1989 at the École Polytechnique in Montreal.

First let us mourn and remember then let us recommit to take action and confront all forms of gender based violence, wherever we see it. Masks are mandatory.

When: Tuesday, December 6th at 5:00 pm

Where: St. Paul’s Cathedral Hall, 1861 McIntyre Street, Regina

This is an outdoor family friendly event so please bring a mask and dress warmly. Any questions or inquiries, please contact Deanna Ogle at dogle@clcctc.ca or 306-201-9923.
