Hello ASPA Members,
December 3 is recognized as International Day of Persons with Disabilities by the United Nations. This annual observance aims to promote the rights and well-being of persons with disabilities in every aspect of our political, social, economic and cultural life. On this day and every day, ASPA is proud to advocate for and raise awareness of the needs of persons with disabilities in our work life and in all spheres of society.
We stand against stigma, discrimination, and ignorance about disability and are committed to inclusion and equity for persons with disabilities in our workplaces. The labour movement will continue to strive for work environments where everyone’s rights and voices are respected and upheld.
