Hello ASPA Members,
Earlier this week, we visited our Regina membership, mostly from the College of Medicine as well as one lone College of Nursing member. Thank you to everyone who attended. We all shared a tasty lunch – thank you to ASPA Executive member Nicole Gates Willick for organizing that!
Through discussions with members, we received a lot of helpful feedback on topics such as:
- merit
- bargaining
- overall communications to members
- future visits to Regina! (we’re committing to regular visits, stay tuned!)
Our Regina visit got us thinking: if you and your unit would ever like a visit from ASPA leadership and staff, whether it’s to ask us questions or hear how we can support you, we would love to stop by.
